What are your Dumpster Rental Periods?
We offer weekend, 7-day, 10-day, and 14-day rental periods. Extended rentals up to 30 days are available — most Peoria competitors cap at 7 days.
Are the Dumpsters Automatically Picked Up?
Yes, we'll collect the dumpster on your chosen pick-up date. We'll keep you informed with a text notification when we're on our way.
Can I Fill the Dumpster Full to the Top of the Sides?
Yes, as long as you do NOT have heavy garbage. The dumpster may NOT be full but it can still be heavy. Household waste is usually fine, but heavy materials like roofing shingles can quickly exceed weight limits. Remember, weight, not just volume, matters. Overweight dumpsters will result in additional charges.
What Can I Put in a Residential Dumpster?
Our residential dumpsters are suitable for general household waste, furniture and most non-hazardous junk. Please note that certain restrictions apply. Specifically, electronics, hazardous chemicals, and flammable materials are prohibited and will result in additional fees. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for secure and easy payments. And accept Cash or Check.
Do I Need to be Present for Drop Off and Pick Up?
You don't need to be home for delivery or pick-up. Simply ensure the designated area is free of vehicles and obstructions. A "dry run" fee of $75 will be applied if the dumpster is inaccessible during scheduled pick-up.
Where Can I Place My Residential Dumpster?
You can place your residential dumpster in your driveway without needing a permit. However, if you plan to place it on a public street in Peoria, you might need municipal approval. Check the city guidelines for details. If a permit is required, it's your responsibility to apply and pay the fee before your scheduled delivery.
